3. Carrying Capacity Limits: Himalayan destinations like Rohtang, Spiti, and Pangong must enforce vehicle entry caps to prevent ecological collapse during peak holiday weekends.
In tourist zones like Lachen and North Sikkim, packaged plastic water bottles are strictly prohibited. Travelers are encouraged to carry reusable thermal flasks and refill them with boiled or filtered mineral spring water provided at local homestays.
